摘要
目的 :改进甲磺酸达诺沙星以及重要中间体 (1S ,4S) 2 甲基 2 ,5 二氮杂二环 [2 2 1]庚烷二氢溴酸盐的合成工艺。方法 :甲磺酸达诺沙星的合成采用先螯合后上边链的方法。结果 :使得反应条件温和 ,副反应少 ,产品质量得以提高。结论 :此工艺路线适合工业化大生产。
Objective:To improve synthesis of antibacterial Danofloxacin Mesylate and the important intermediate(1S,4S) -5-methyl-2,5-diazabicyclo[2.2.1]heptane. Methods:The method of the reactions to the side chain after chelation was adopted. Results:The reactions were carried out under very moderate conditions, and the quality was improved. Conclusion:It can be used to manufacture the product on industry scale.
