垂体腺瘤的立体定向放射外科治疗研究进展 被引量：2

摘要 立体定向放射外科是垂体腺瘤的重要治疗方法之一,本治疗尚无明确的禁忌症;治疗方式要求精确包绕肿瘤组织;对于不同的垂体腺瘤要采用不同的剂量标准,如果控制肿瘤的生长,一般使用10-15Gy的周边剂量;如果控制激素的分泌,一般使用25-35Gy的周边剂量。不同的肿瘤采用的周边剂量范围也不相同,GH腺瘤一般采用25-30Gy,PRL腺瘤一般采用16-35Gy,ACTH腺瘤主张采用35Gy;最新的研究表明视通路的安全剂量10-12Gy之间;对激素分泌的控制在83％以上,对肿瘤生长的控制在91％以上。
