摘要
目的:研究重型颅脑伤后影响预后的因素。方法:对72例重型颅脑伤患者回顾性调查分析。结果:发现患者年龄大、伤情重且合并高热、高血糖、呼吸道感染均明显增加死残率。结论:有效控制高热、高血糖、颅内高压,防治呼吸道感染提高重型颅脑伤患者疗效的关键。
Objective: To find out the factors influencing the prognosis of severe craniocerebral injury. Methods: Retrospective data from 72 severe craniocerebral injury patients were analyzed. Results: Patient older age, severe injuries, hyperthermia, hyperglycemia, and respiratory complications their mortality were significantly. Conclusion: To control of hyperthermia, hyperglycemia and high ICP as well as management of respiratory complications should most useful measures of every craniocerebral injured patients.
