摘要
目的:探讨一期手术治疗颅底畸形伴脑积水和脊髓空洞的可行性及方法。方法:介绍手术的具体实施分三步进行,并强调手术注意要点。结果:6例患者一期手术成功,术后随访2年,临床症状和体征有不同程度改善,脑室基本正常,脊髓空洞闭合。结论:一期手术治疗颅底畸形伴脑积水和脊髓空洞是安全和可行的,效果是良好的。
Objective: To explore the possibility and method of single-stage surgical treatment of basilar impression malformation accompanied with hydrocephalus and syringomyelia. Methods: The operation procedures were divided into three steps and the noticeable points of the operative course were emphasized. Results:The operation was achieved in all of 6 cases at an one-stage operation. 6 patients had been followed up for 48 months and neurological function gradually improved after surgery. Hydrocephalus recovered normal and syringomyelia closed. Conclusion: Single-stage for basilar impression malformation accompanied with hydrocephalus and syringomyelia should be safety and the outcome could be good.
