摘要
目的:探讨外翻手术常见失败原因。方法:105例144足(足母)外翻,行手术矫正,观察疗效。结果:术后1年～6年的随访发现,14例疗效不满意,其中1例病人出现(足母)趾仰趾畸形,使双足不能穿同号鞋,2例术后长时间疼痛,7例术后复发,3例术后疤痕形成,1例术后(足母)趾过短。结论:(足母)外翻治疗需根据疼痛的部位、畸形的程度、病人要求等选择手术方法,强调治疗的个体化,术中需注意一些细节问题。
Objective: To explore the common reason of hallux eversion operation failure. Methods: 144 hallux eversion feet in 105cases were treatment. Results: After follow up 6 month's to 11 years, 14 feet were failure. Conclusion: The type of operative on treating hallux eversion should be selected properly according to the pain location, severity of deformation and demands of the patients. We emphasized the importance of individually in treatment and some details in operation.
