β-环糊精大分子单体/N-异丙基丙烯酰胺共聚水凝胶 被引量:7

A NOVEL HYDROGEL PREPARED FROM WATER-SOLUBLE β- CYCLODEXTRIN MACROMONOMER AND N-ISOPROPYLACRYLAMIDE

摘要 采用顺丁烯二酸酐(MAH)对水溶性β-环糊精(β-CD)树脂(β-CD-EPI)进行了改性,合成出一种新型功能性大分子单体MAH-β-CD-EPI。通过MAH-β-CD-EPI与N-异丙基丙烯酰胺(NIPA)共聚反应合成出温度及pH敏感性MAH-β-CD-EPI/NIPA水凝胶。用元素分析、红外光谱及DSC对水凝胶进行了表征。结果表明,水凝胶在所研究的NIPA含量范围内(53.0%~82.3%(质量)),均表现出明显的温度及pH敏感性,并且其体积相变温度(Tc)与它的组成及环境pH有关。 A water-solubleβ-cyclodextrin (β-CD) resin (β-CD-EPI) was prepared via the reaction of β-CD and epichlorohydrin (EPI). A novel functional macromonomer containing vinyl carboxyl groups was synthesized by reaction of β-CD-EPI with maleic anhydride (MAH) in N,N-dimethylformamide (DMF) at 80 ℃. The new hydrogel was prepared by copolymerization of this macromonomer with N-isopropylacrylamide (NIPA) in aqueous solution. The compositions of the hydrogels synthesized and their temperatures of volume phase transition (T_c)in buffer solutions with different pH values were determined by element analysis and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) methods,respectively. The results indicated that the hydrogels containing NIPA units in ranges of (53.0%)^(82.4%) show evidently pH sensitivity, and clear T_c at pH (3.0), (5.0) and (7.4), respectively. The T_c value of the hydrogel depends on its composition and external pH value.
