支气管哮喘患者血清和痰液中IL-13和TNF-α含量临床研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的 :探讨痰和血中细胞因子白介素 13 (IL -13 )、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF -α)的水平与哮喘的关系。方法 :采用酶联免疫法分别对 3 0例哮喘患者和 3 0例正常人痰液、血液中白细胞介素 13 (IL -13 )和TNF -α的水平进行检测。结果 :血液和痰液中IL -13、TNF -α的水平哮喘患者明显高于正常人 ,痰液中IL-13、TNF -α的水平明显高于血液中的浓度。结论 :支气管哮喘患者痰液可检出有关的细胞因子IL -13、炎症介质TNF -α ,它们参与了哮喘的急性发作并反映哮喘的严重程度。血液中IL -13、TNF -α的水平均低于痰液。 Objective:the importance of Th2-type lymphocyte function in asthmatic airway inflammation is well recognized, gradually the factors which regulate the function of these lympoycytes are known at present. Now IL-13 is believed to be a key cytokine, but how IL-13 induce the inflammation of asthma is still unknown.Objective:To examine whether levels of IL-13, TNF-α in the sputum and serum reflect the severity of bronchial asthma. Methods: e collected sputum and serum from 30 asthmatics and 30 normal controls. IL-13, TNF-α concentrations were measured by enzyme-linkde immunoassay(EL ISA) in sputum and serum.Results: IL-13, TNF-α concentrations in sputum from asthmatics were significantly higher than which from normal controls. In serum IL-13 and TNF-α levels from asthmatics were higher than which from normal controls, but IL-13 and TNF-αconcentration in serum was lower than which of sputum.Conclusion: These findings suggest that IL-13 and TNF-α levels are detectable in the sputum from asthmatics and they might participate in the exacerbation of asthma.
