摘要
目的 :总结腹腔镜胆囊次全切除术的经验。方法 :1 2例因粘连严重处于炎症急性期 ,不适宜行腹腔镜胆囊切除术 ,采取保留小部分胆囊后壁 ,不要求完整游离胆囊管 ,仅在适当位置行关闭胆囊管。结果 :1 2例均顺利完成手术 ,无并发症发生。结论
Objective:To summarize the experience of laparoscopic subtotal cholecystectomy.Methods:12 cases who did not suit for cholecystectomy were performed subtotal cholecystectomy.Results:The surgery were successful in all the 12 cases.No complications occurred on these patients.Conclusions:The laparoscopic subtotal cholecystectomy is a complementary of laparoscopic cholecystectomy.
