摘要
目的 :总结腹腔镜辅助胃肠重复癌联合根治切除的手术经验。方法 :利用腹腔镜完成 1例胃和乙状结肠重复癌患者的联合根治切除术。结果 :手术历时 5 5h ,出血量 2 0 0ml,未输血。术后恢复良好 ,7d出院。随访 6个月未见肿瘤复发。结论 :腹腔镜辅助胃肠重复癌联合根治术创伤小 ,恢复快 。
Objective:To summarize the experience of combined radical operation for multiple gastrointestinal carcinoma with laparoscopic assisted.Methods:A patient with gastric and sigmoid carcinoma were operated by laparoscopic assisted technique.Results:The procedure was completed successfully in 5.5h with less intraoperative bleeding (200 ml).The patient recovered rapidly and the length of hospitalization was 7 days after operation.The patient was followed up 6 months and there was no recurrence.Conclusions:Combined radical operation for multiple gastrointestinal carcinoma with laparoscopic assisted is minimally invasive and the patients recovered rapidly which show the laparoscopy has the merits of treating multiple abdominal disease.
