摘要
文中报道运用SIMS技术对TC4合金亮条区氦氧元素进行了定量分析。结果表明:TC4合金亮条区是沿轧向分布的氦、氧元素的正偏析区,亮条区中氦、氧比基体分别高25.5%和22.1%。
The nitrogen and oxygen within the bright—region of TC4 alloy were quantitatively analyzed by SIMS. The results show that the bright—region is positive segregation region of nitrogen and oxygen elements along rolling direction, and the concentration of elements nitrogen and oxygen within the bright--region is higher than that within matrix 25.5% and 22.5%, respectively.
