摘要
随着高校扩大招生规模,各个高校的在校学生人数有了不同程度的增加,但是学生管理工作却一直沿用未扩招前相对落后的管理方法,管理体制滞后,管理方法陈旧,管理效果较差。分析了当前高校学生管理中的有关后勤设施、管理体制、教学环节、管理方法、学生心理健康等突出问题。提出了解决这些问题的新方法和新思路。
As the university expands the enrollment scale,the enrollment of each university has increased in various degrees,but student's management has continued to use relatively backward office procedure and has not expanded employing all the time.The management system lags behind,the office procedure is outmoded,it is relatively bad to manage the result.This paper analyses present relevant outstanding problem of student management of university,such as:logistic facility,management system,teaching link,management methods,student psychological health,etc.New methods and new train of solving the problem have been proposed.
