摘要
目的 探讨老年 (6 0岁以上 )脑梗死患者高压氧 (HBO)治疗前后一氧化氮 (NO)、过氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)和丙二醛(MDA)含量的变化。方法 2 0例老年脑梗死患者为常规治疗组 ,2 0例为HBO综合治疗组 ,于治疗前后分别检测NO、SOD、MDA含量。另设 2 0名健康老年人为正常对照组。结果 HBO组和常规治疗组治疗前NO、SOD、MDA含量无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,与正常对照组比较差异均有显著性 (P <0 .0 1 ) ;HBO治疗组治疗后NO、SOD明显升高 ,MDA明显下降 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,与常规治疗组治疗后相比 ,也具有显著差异 (P <0 .0 1 )。结论 高压氧可平衡体内氧化 抗氧化系统 。
Objective To study the change of nitric oxide (NO),superoxide dismutase(SOD) and malondialdehyde(MDA) on serum of aged patients with cerebral infarction before and after hyperbaric oxygen (HBO) treatment. Methods Fourty elderly patients with cerebral infarction were divided into two groups, the first group was treated with HBO and conventional treatment .The second group was treaded with conventional treatment. There were another 20 healthy ages as normal controls. Activities of NO,SOD and MDA were measured before and after HBO treatment. Results Before treatment there were no significant differences among the activities of MDA, SOD and NO ( P >0.05)in the two treatment groups. But there were significant differences while compared with the healthy group( P <0.01).The activities of NO and SOD of the first group were significantly higher comparing with of the second group after HBO treatment ,but MDA was significantly decreased. Conclusions HBO treatment can play an important role in the elderly patients with cerebral infarction.
