摘要
目的 :探讨高强度聚焦超声 (highintensityfocusedultrasound ,HIFU )治疗子宫肌瘤的安全性和有效性 .方法 :选择 86例已生育过的、不愿手术、要求保留子宫的子宫肌瘤患者 ,通过HIFU治疗 ,观察治疗前后肌瘤的超声回声、血流、大小及临床症状变化 .结果 :治疗后肌瘤内部回声增强 ,血流信号减少 ,肌瘤缩小 ,临床症状改善 ,未产生严重副作用 .结论 :HIFU治疗子宫肌瘤安全、有效 ,值得进一步研究。
Objective: To study the safety and efficacy of treatment of uterine leiomyoma with high intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU). Methods: 86 patients with uterine leiomyoma who have had children, would not like to operate and want to keep uterus were selected, and then treated with HIFU. Observing the changes of ultrasound image, the size of uterine leiomyoma and clinical symptoms from beginning to end of treated with HIFU. Results: The echo inside uterine leiomyoma was amplified, signals of blood supply was decreased, tumor was deflated and clinical symptoms was alleviated. There were no obvious side-effects in 86 cases. Conclusion: The treatment of uterine leiomyoma with HIFU is safe and effective.
