摘要
目的 观察恩丹西酮、地塞米松联合与盐酸格拉司琼防治恶性肿瘤化疗所致呕吐的疗效及不良反应。 方法 对 12 4例接受以DDP联合化疗的恶性肿瘤患者 ,采用随机对比的方法 ,取 6 4例用恩丹西酮联合地塞米松 ,另 6 0例用格拉司琼治疗。 结果 恩丹西酮、地塞米松联合组总有效率为 97% ,格拉司琼组总有效率为 95 %。 结论 恩丹西酮、地塞米松联合是一种疗效高、价格低廉、安全有效的止吐方法。
Objective To observe the curative effect and the poisonous and side reaction of Ondansetron Zofran combined with Dexamethasone and Gtranisetron Hydrochloride to stop vomit caused by chemical medicine treatment for cancer.Methods With the method of random contrast for 124 cancer patients who received DPP union chemistry medicine treatment.Among them 64 cases treated with Ondansetron Zofran combined with Dexamthasone,the other 60 cases treated with Gtranisetron.Results The total effective rate of group of Ondansetron Zofran combined with Dexamthasone is 97%,that of group of Gtranisetron is 95%.Both groups have light poisonous and side reaction.Conclusion The treatment of Ondansetron Zofran combined with Dexamthasone have a good curative effect.It is a cheap,safe and effective method for stoping vomit.
