摘要
目的 探讨纤维支气管镜检查的并发症及其处理方法。 方法 回顾总结 1993年 1月～ 2 0 0 3年 1月 10 0 0例纤维支气管镜检查并发症的发生情况。 结果 10 0 0例中 ,鼻出血占首位 ,其次喉、支气管痉挛居第二位 ,其他并发症有术后发热、咯血、心脑血管并发症等。 结论 良好的麻醉是纤维支气管镜顺利进行的基本条件 ,要求操作者技术熟练 ,动作轻柔 ,严格无菌操作 ,严格掌握适应症 。
Objective To discuss the complication and treatment of fiberoptic bronchoscopy.Methods We summarized complication of 1000 cases fiberoptic bronchoscopy from 1993.1～2003.1.Results Epistaxis is first,throat and bronchospasm are second,including febrile of postoperation、hemoptysis、complication of heart and cerebral vessels.Conclusion Satisfactory anesthesia is the elementary condition of fiberoptic bronchoscopy,routine examination of preoperation is important,including dexterity technique、light and soft kinesis、aseptic technique.Only in this way can we decrease complication.
