摘要
目的 探讨单纯锥颅引流治疗慢性硬膜下血肿手术疗效。 方法 颅脑CT选择定位 ,局麻下用颅锥锥孔 ,高质量硅胶脑室引流管引流。如血肿波及额颞顶枕部 ,则采用双孔、双管引流。 结果 10 2例患者中 99例成功 ,3例失败 ,无死亡。 结论 单纯锥颅引流治疗慢性硬膜下血肿 ,明显优于传统骨瓣开颅 ,操作简单、快速 。
Objective To explore the operation effect of simple awl cranium drainage in treating chronic subdural hematoma.Methods Cranium CT selected for localization,use cranium awl to bore hole under local anesthesia,the high quality silica gel drainage to ventriculostomy.If hematoma spread to front temporal occipitoparietal,use biforate,double tube to drainage.Results 99 cases successful in 102 patients,unsuccessful 3 cases,and no death.ConclusionThe simple awl cranium drainage for treating chronic subdural hematoma is obvious better than traditional craniotomy. The technicis simple,fast,effect certain.
