目的 探讨儿童变态反应皮内试验特点。 方法 将 130 6例儿童分为 5岁以下及 5岁以上组 ,进行变态反应皮内试验分析。 结果 儿童变态反应病对吸入物的主要致敏原是粉尘螨、野苋菜花粉、秋季花粉和屋尘 ,食物主要致敏原是虾、蟹、芝麻和草菇、牛奶。 结论 5岁以下患儿变态反应皮内试验阳性率低于
Objective To explore the characteristics of children allergic hypodermic test.Methods 1306 cases were divided into group A (under 5 years old ) and group B (over 5 years old),and analyze their allergic hypodermic test .Results The main allergen inhalant of children's allergy are dust mite、wild xiancai pollen、 antum pollen and room dust,the main food allergen are shrimp、 crab、 sesame、 mushroom、 milk.Conclusion The positive value of allergic hypodermic test of children under 5 is lower than that of children above 5.
