摘要
目的 评价静脉注射胺碘酮对非心脏开胸手术后心律失常的治疗效果及安全性。 方法 4 6例开胸手术后发生室上性心动过速 2 4例、频发室性早搏 1 5例、心房颤动 7例。用胺碘酮 1 5 0mg缓慢静脉注射后 ,效果不佳者重复上述剂量。 结果 快速室上性与室性心律失常者治疗总有效率分别为 91 6 6 % (2 2 / 2 4 )和86 6 7% (1 3/ 1 5 ) ,心房颤动者达 1 0 0 % (7/ 7)。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of intravenous amiodarone in the treatment of patients with arrhythmia after noncardiac thoracotomy.Methods In the 46 patients undergoing noncardiac thoracotomy,superventricular tachycardia occurred in 24 cases,ventricular arrhythmia in 15 cases and atrial fibrillation in 7 cases.Amildarone 150mg was injected intravenously and repeated when efficacy was not satisfied.Results The total effective rate of superventricular tachycardia and ventricular arrhythmia was 91.66%(22/24) and 86.67%(13/15) respectively.The effective rate of atrial fibrillation was 100%(7/7).Conclusion Amiodarone can be used intravenously safely and effectively for the treatment of arrhythmia in patients undergoing noncardiac thoracotomy.
