摘要
目的 了解住院病人对健康教育的满意程度 ,找出存在的问题 ,提高整体护理质量。方法 采用健康教育满意度调查表对 8个模式病房 3 72名即将出院的住院病人进行问卷调查。结果 入院教育阶段 5项内容 ,3项满意率在 98 0 %以上 ,2项满意率为 59.1%。住院教育阶段 10项内容 ,7项满意率 >93 % ,3项满意率 <48%。出院教育阶段 6项内容 ,2项满意率 >98% ,4项满意率 <61%。结论 护士应提高对健康教育的认识水平 ,加大相关知识的培训力度 ,积极参加在职教育 。
Objective\ To investigate the satisfaction level of hospitalized patients towards health education, find the existing problems and improve the holistic nursing quality. Method Questionnaires about satisfaction level towards health education were administered to 366 patients in 8 wards, who are about to leave hospital. Results\ Among the 5 parts of health education in pre-hospitalization, satisfaction level towards 3 parts are higher than 98.0% with 2 parts at 59.1%. Among the 10 parts of health education in hospitalization, satisfaction level towards 7 parts are higher than 93% with 3 parts lower than 48%. Among 6 parts of health education in administration, satisfaction level towards 2 parts are higher than 98% with 4 parts lower than 61%. Conclusion\ Nurses should enhance the knowledge of health education, increase the training on related information, actively participate in in-service education, and improve their health education level.
