摘要
开展社区建设以来,在加强城市基层政权建设和社区自治组织建设,改进城市管理和社区服务等方面取得了明显进展,但仍面临着管理体制不健全、工作者队伍不适应、居民参与意识不强、资源利用不够等问题,这些问题需要在党委、政府统一领导下,各有关部门协调配合,采取综合性措施加以解决。
Since community construction is developed,we make some progresses in strengthening the construction of urban grass-roots political authority and community autonomy organization and improving city management and community service,but it still faces the problems that management system is not imperfect,the job team does not suit,resident's sense of participation is not strong,utilization of resources is not enough,etc.These problems should take comprehensive measures to solve under the leadership of the party committee and goverment.
