摘要
笔者对18例腔内超声消融术后发生血尿的原因进行分析,认为超声消融术后发生血尿与术中使用肝素液作为抗凝剂、术后抗凝溶栓治疗,患者前列腺增生,尿道狭窄及操作不当有关。通过准确配制肝素盐水,正确使用抗凝溶栓药物,应用尿道润滑剂,减少置管时对尿道的刺激等措施,可有效地防止术后血尿的发生。
Through analyzing the causes of hematuria in18cases after ultrasonic ablation,the authors held the occurrence of hema-turia after ultrasonic ablation was related to the utility of heparin at operation as anticoagulant,postoperative therapy of anticoagula-tion,benign hypertrophy of prostate and urethral stricture.They argued hematuria after ultrasonic ablation can be prevented effective-ly just by preparing heparin saline at the right and accurate concentration,using anticoagulants and urethra lubricants in a right way to alleviate the stimulus from urinary catheter.
