摘要
总结357例手外伤带血管蒂皮瓣转移术患者的护理体会。重点介绍在固定好特殊体位、密切观察受区皮肤血液循环的情况下,采取预防术后感染,促进血液循环的有效措施,对手术的成功是非常关键的。
The authors summarized the nursing experience of357hand injuries with surgical flaps cases.The paper mainly intro-duced that aside with special fixed position and intensive observation of the vein,effective measures like preventing infection and pro-moting local circulation were key to the success of operation.
