摘要
笔者总结81例乳腺癌患者不同手术方式后护理要点。术后共同点为严密监测生命体征;安置正确的体位;做好伤口及引流管的护理;饮食指导。不同点是心理护理的进行;观察肢体活动度;功能锻炼的指导各有侧重点。目的是要减少并发症的发生,消除负性情绪,恢复功能。
The authors summarized features in nursing81breast cancer patients undergoing operations in different approaches.The postoperative similarities were monitoring the life signs closely,placing proper body position,nursing the cuts and drains well and guiding patients in diets.The differences were practice of mental care,observation of limb's mobility,different emphasis of function exercise's guidance.The objective is to reduce the occurrence of complications,eliminate the negative impact and restore the func-tion.
