摘要
考虑了热对提高轴类件设计精度的影响 ,并通过传统导热微分方程法和一般传热学理论对主轴在运动时热分布进行了分析 ,指出了传统热微分方程解法复杂 ,从解析式中难以看出温度分布规律 ,运用传热学理论解法简单明了 ,结果易于反映各参数关系 ,精确度较高 ,实用性强。推出的主轴同多个支承之间的温度分布式 ,可供生产实践参考。
The influences of thermal effect of an axis on its design precision were discussed and the temperature distribution of a rotating axis was obtained by the conventional heat transfer equations that needed a complex solving procedure and gave a blurry distribution rule. While the distribution obtained from the heat transfer theory has the features of clear relationship among various parameters, high precision, more practical and easier in solving procedure.
