电控汽油机燃油喷射匹配的试验研究 被引量:6

摘要 根据发动机不同工况下空燃比的控制目标及工作过程的特点 ,提出了不同的喷油脉谱 (MAP)匹配试验方法。利用该方法获取了 4 6 5 QA型电控汽油机的喷油 MAP图 ,用它控制发动机的运行 ,并进行了台架性能试验。试验结果表明 ,发动机的动力性、经济性及排放性能均得到明显改善。 Control precision of A/F of an electronically controlled gasoline engine is a key factor that affects the engine performance. According to the control goals of A/F and working characteristics of engine in different working conditions, the different matching tests of fuel injection MAP for 465QA electronically controlled gasoline engine were represented in this paper. The MAP controls operation of 465QA engine and the engine performances were tested. The results show that the power performance, fuel economy and exhaust emissions of the engine are improved obviously.
