过氧化氢诱导鼠晶状体上皮细胞核因子-κB mRNA表达研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨过氧化氢诱导鼠白内障形成过程中晶状体上皮细胞NF-kBmRNA的表达及意义。方法大鼠晶状体器官离体培养后用原位杂交方法检测晶状体上皮细胞中NF-kBmRNA的表达。结果随过氧化氢损伤时间的延长,晶状体上皮细胞内NF-kBmRNA的表达逐渐增强(培养3h为24.18±8.54,12h为47.58±9.14,24 h为62.48±8.22),与晶状体混浊程度正相关(r=+0.897,P<0.001)。结论过氧化氢可以诱导鼠晶状体上皮细胞NF-kBmRNA的表达,后者在白内障发病机制中占有重要地位。 Purpose To investigate the expression and significance of NF-kBmRNA of rat lens epithelial cell during H2O2-induced cataract formation.Methods After rats' s lens organ culture in vitro, We examined the expression of NF-KBmRNA of rat lens epithelial cell by using in situ hypridization technique. Results The longer incubate with H2O2 treatment lasted, the more expression of NF-kBmRNA of lens epithelial cell were found(The expression of NF-kB mRNA is 24.18 ± 8.54,47.58±9.14,62.48 ±8.22 at 3h,12h,24 h in H2O2 group and the latter was positively correlating with opaque of lens.r= 0.897,P< 0.001). Conclusion The expression of NF-KBmRNA of rat lens epithelial cell was induced by H2O2. The former might play an important role in the pathogenesis of cataract.
