摘要
模糊综合评价方法是针对管理过程中评估对象的复杂性和评价指标的模糊性 ,采用模糊数学的理论和技术 ,对复杂的评估对象进行综合评价 ,从而得到定量评估结果的方法。医院管理者通过该评价方法可以发现管理中的薄弱环节 ,为加强环节管理提供科学依据。本文通过某一科室的工作评价具体介绍了该方法。
Illegible comprehensive appraising is the method aiming at the complexity of evaluating object and illegibility of indicator in management, it uses theory and technique of illegible comprehensive appraising mathematics to evaluate complex object comprehensively and gets quantitative result. The administrators of hospital can find the weakness with this method which afford scientific base to enforcing link management. The author introduced this method by evaluating some department in hospital.
