摘要
苦皮藤(Celastrus angulatus Maxim.)种子油是一种植物性昆虫拒食剂。用化学及多种层析方法结合活性追踪试验,从中分离纯化了具有不同拒食活性的4种结晶,并用IR、UV、MS、~1H-NMR、DEPT、~1H-~1H-COSY和NOESY等波谱方法鉴定了它们的结构。它们都是以β-二氢沉香呋喃为母核的倍半萜多元酯,为新化合物,命名为苦皮藤酯(kupitengester)。
Angled bittersweet (Celastrus angulatus Maxim.) possesses obvious antifeedant effect to Aulacophora femoralis and Pieris rapae.It is a new resource of insect antifeedant.Four needle crystals were isolated from the active fraction of its seed oil by chromatography based on activity assays.Their chemical structures were identified by IR,UV,MS,~1H-NMR,DEPT, ~1H-~1H-COSY and NOESY.They were sesquiterpene polyesters with β-dihydroagarofurane skeletons.They were new compound reported for the first time.
