摘要
应用 SKW-3微量呼吸检压仪测定爱维治刺激豚鼠肝细菌氧吸收量 ,并由此计算呼吸活力、刺激指数。测定爱维治的生物活性 (呼吸活力 )。本法结果准确、灵敏度高 。
SKW-3 Instrument was used to measure the oxygen consumption enhance in the Actovegin injection, and the results were calculated to determine the potency(QQ 2,SI)of these preparations. This assay allows accurate and highly sensitive micro-determination of air exchange in biochemical reactions, without the pretreatment of tested samples.
