摘要
目的 观察局部应用复方中药冰块对扁桃腺切除术后出血量的影响,并做了动物实验。方法 临床将60例扁桃体切除术患者随机分为实验组和对照组。实验组30例,采用复方中药冰块,对照组30例,采用市售雪糕。结果 实验组止血作用好于对照组。两组差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论 提示复方中药冰块止血作用明显优于传统方法,安全方便,无毒副作用的新型制剂,可广泛应用于临床。
Objective To observe the hemostatic effect by compound Chinese medicine calf after tonsillectomy.Method 60 cases of patients with tonsillectomy were randomly divided into two groups, each group has 30 cases.Compound Chinese medicine calf was used in experimental group, the control group use calf only.Result The hemostatic effect in experimental group is better that of control group.There is significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01) Conclusion It suggests that the compound Chinese medicine calf has better hemostatic effect.It's safe, convenient and has no side-effect.It can be popularized in clinical work.
