摘要
随着银监会的成立,央行将专门负责货币政策的制定与实施,因此必须尽快修订《中国人民银行法》。在修订《人民银行法》时应增强人民银行的独立性,以维护货币政策的稳定性,注意《人民银行法》及人民银行的职能与相关法律法规及相关金融监管机构的监管职能的协调性;使人民银行的职能、职权,以及如何与其他监管机构协调等内容更加明确。
With the establishment of the Committee of the Chinese Banking Supervision & Management, the People's Bank of China will take charge of the making and implementation of monetary policy, so it must revise the law of the people's bank of China as soon as possible. In amending the of the people's banking law of China, the independence of the People's Bank of China should be strengthened, the stability of the currency policy must be supported, and the harmony between the People's Banking Law and the function of the Peoples Bank of China, and the related laws and regulations and the supervision functions of the related finance supervising organizations, should be paid attention to, so that the functions, authority of the People's Bank of China and the way of how to coordinate with other supervising organizations can be made clearer.
