摘要
论述聚砜(PSU)制品存在表面质量问题的原因。对制品中存在的问题,结合注塑后表面质量降低的原因,提出了采取控制原料色泽、原料含水量、成型温度、模具温度、注塑压力、保压时间和注射速率,清洗机筒内残留物料,制品后处理等相应有效可行的措施,从而达到提高制品质量的目的。
Discussion is carried out to counter the surface quality existing in the PSU products. The defects existing in the concrete products are concretely analyzed. According the reasons of the decrease of the product surface quality after the injection molding , the corresponding, effective and feasible measures are put forward, including controlling the tinct and moisture content of the raw material, the molding temperature, the mould temperature, the injection pressure, the dwell time and the injection rate, clearing the residual materials in the barrel, post-treating the product, etc. so as to attain the goal of improving the product quality.
