小粒径玻璃微珠共混改性LLDPE的研究 被引量:13

摘要 研究小粒径玻璃微珠的粒径和用量对线形低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)性能的影响。结果表明,添加不同粒径的玻璃微珠可使LLDPE的力学性能显著提高,耐热性能也有一定改善,粒径为3μm的玻璃微珠改性效果最好。随着玻璃微珠用量的增加,LLDPE的拉伸强度和冲击强度提高,但拉伸弹性模量和断裂伸长率基本不变。玻璃微珠粒径对LLDPE性能的影响大于用量的影响。 The influence of small grain size glass bead (GB) on the properties of linear low-density polyethylene ( LLDPE) was studied. It was shown that the mechanical properties were evidently enhanced as the result of blending different size GB into LLDPE. The heat resistance was also improved to some extent. The modified effect was the best by using 3 μm GB. The tensile strength, impact strength were improved but the tensile elastic modulus and elongation at break was invariable with increasing GB content.
