介绍了采用有机蒸气膜法回收PVC生产尾气中的氯乙烯单体的工艺技术、基本原理、工艺流程、主要控制指标和设备性能,并讨论了膜法氯乙烯回收系统非正常工况及处理对策。运行情况表明该工艺技术先进,操作安全,单体回收率高,符合环保要求。
The technology about organic vapor membrane method for VCM recovery from tail gas in PVC production was introduced, which includes the method's basic principles, process, main control parameters and equipment performance. The abnormal situation of this VCM recovery system and its treatment measures was discussed. Some characteristics of this method was shown from its operational status, such as advanced, safety, high- recovery rate and being able to meet environment requirement.
