摘要
统计学是一门方法学,涉及的统计分析方法有很多。在临床与科研工作中,如何对科研中收集的资料进行正确的统计分析,一直困扰着许多临床医生和科研人员。科研资料的统计分析方法,与科研设计的方法以及资料类型密切相关。只有充分了解科研设计的方法,分清资料的类型,才能在众多的统计分析方法中找到简单实用的方法。本期讲座将通过系统的阐述,介绍一些医学统计学常用的基本概念、资料类型、设计的方法以及正确应用统计图表表达统计结果,为临床医生及科研人员在科研工作中选择正确的统计学分析方法及正确解释统计结果提供帮助。
Statistics is a methodology involving a great number of statistical methods. It results in confusion of many clinicians and researchers while they are meditating on how to analyze the collected data in their studies, selecting an appropriate statistical method from all. In fact, the statistical methods are closely correlated to the research design and the data types. Therefore only with a full comprehension of the design methods and the data types can we figure out a simple and practical means from diverse statistical analysis methods. Through the systematic illustration in this review, several statistical concepts, data types, design methods, and the proper way of explaining results with statistical tables and graphs will be demonstrated elaborately. It intends to help the clinicians and researchers select appropriate statistical methods and furthermore, interpret the statistical outcomes accurately in their research.
