摘要
经来自IRRI的水稻东格鲁球状及杆状病毒抗血清的检测及电镜观察等表明:我国水稻东格鲁病的病原不仅有球状病毒,且有杆状病毒。球状病毒直径大小约30nm,杆状病毒的大小约150—350×25nm。病株叶片叶肉细胞以至维管束鞘细胞有淀粉累积,部分韧皮部细胞变形或坏死。有杆状病毒存在的病株或同时也有球状病毒存在的病株较单独球状病毒存在的病株黄化严重,且易枯死。至于该杆状病毒的详细分布范围尚待进一步研究。
Results from serological detections with antisera of rice tungro sphericaland bacilliform viruses(RTSV and RTBV) from IRRI and electron microscopyshowed that rice tungro was caused by RTBV with its size about 150-350X 25 nm and RTSV about 30 nm in diameter as well in Fujian,China,Manystarch grains accumulated in the mesophyll and bundle sheath cells of thediseased leaves.Necrosis and deformation of some phloem cells were alsoobserved.Symptom of yellowing caused by RTBV or together with RTSV wasmore severe than that by RTSV alone and diseased plants by RTBV ortogether with RTSV died more quickly and easily.The detailed distributionof RTBV in China remains to be determined further.
