摘要
本研究首次成功地利用人工诱发大量产生的子囊盘和子囊孢子作为供试材料,对新抗生物质变构霉素(Tautomycin)的作用进行了系统研究。由菌核萌发产生的子囊盘和子囊孢子是汕菜菌核病最主要的初侵染来源,因而变构霉素对子囊孢子的作用,在防治上具有重要意义。本研究系统地试验了在离体情况下对菌丝、子囊孢子,菌核的作用,并进行了活体试验,对利用生物农药防治油菜菌核病有一定启发。
Apothecia and ascospores of the fungus Sclerotinia sclerotiorum,artificiallyproduced by inducing,were used to test the effect of Tautomycin on themfor antibiosis.Owing to that ascospores are the most important primaryinfection source of rape sclerotinia blight,the antibiotic effect of Tautomycinto ascospores will be of great significance for the disease control.The effectof Tautomycin was demonstrated by tests on mycelia,ascospores,and sclero-tia either in vitro or in vivo.It has been revealed that such a new antibioticis promising to be used in biological control of rape sclerotinia blight.
