摘要
汽车金融是我国未来汽车营销模式的发展趋势。文章从介绍资产证券化的结构与流程入手,分析了我国发展汽车信用资产证券化的供需方动力,提出了我国汽车信用资产证券化的运作构想。
Auto finance is the development trend of auto marketing mode in China. This paper introduces the structure and procedures of the securitization, analyses the dynamics of supply and demand in developing securitization of auto credit assets and presents the measures to operate this mode in China.
