摘要
本算法的关键是选择1个或1组参数来标识相位数据的可靠性,相位展开的路径由参数图导向。给出了新算法在相位测量轮廓术(PMP)、傅立叶变换轮廓术(FTP)和相移全息干涉术中的应用实例。实验结果表明,该算法是合理的和有效的;相位展开的路径总是沿着具有较高参数值的像素到较低参数值的像素,所以在最坏的情况下误差也被限制在局部最小区域。
The key of phase unwrapping algorithm is that a parameter or group of parameters are selected to identify reliability of the phase data or the direction of phase unwrapping. The path of phase unwrapping is oriented according to the parameter map. Demonstration experiments include phase measuring profilometry, Fourier transform profilometry and phase shifting holographic interferometry. The experimental results show that this algorithm is reasonable and effective. The advantage of this approach is that the path of phase unwrapping is always along the direction from the pixel with higher parameter value to the pixel with low parameter value. Therefore, in the worse case the error is limited, to local minimum areas.
