摘要
试验测定了8204、8533、农虎、测48、秀水620、秀水664、秀水678及汕优六号等8个品种对与褐飞虱种群发育、存活和生殖等有关的11项参数的影响。结果表明,秀水620、664和678等品种的抗褐飞虱性状与汕优六号相似,可使种群内禀增长力下降,平均世代历期和种群加倍时间延长,净增殖力较对照品种降低79.5%—88.1%。影响种群内禀增长力的主要原因是成虫生殖力和若虫存活率下降,引起世代时间延长的主要原因是若虫历期延长和成虫存活和产卵动态的改变。但是,在秀水620和664上连续饲养的第三代,若虫存活率明显提高。田间试验证实,秀水620和664对褐飞虱自然种群的增长有明显控制作用,其主害代高峰虫量分别较对照下降79.9%和72.5%,发生期亦有所推迟。
The effects of eight rice varieties,namely,the 8204,8533,Nong-hu,Ce 48,Xiushui 620,Xiushui 664,Xiushui 678 and Shanyou 6,oneleven parameters related to the development,survival and reproduc-tion,etc.of brown planthopper Nilaparvata lugens St(?)l(BPH)popula-tion were tested.The results showed that the BPH resistance charac-ters of Xiushui 620,Xiushui 664 and Xiushui 678,etc.were similar tothose of Shanyou 6,causing the reduction of intrinsic rate of in-crease,the delay of mean generation duration and population doublingtime,and 79.5%-88.1% of net raproductive rate lower than the controlvariety.It was indicated that the reduction of intrinsic rate of in-crease was mainly affected by the decreases of adult fertility and thenymph survival;and the delay of generation duration was mainly affect-ed by the extension of nymph stage duration,and the changes of adultsurvival and oviposition.However,as the BPH was reared on Xiu-shui 620 and Xiushui 664 continuously until 3rd generation,the survivalof nymph increased significantly.Field experiments confirmed that Xiushui 620 and Xiushui 664 cansubstantially suppress the natural population of BPH,the peak densi-ties of main BPH generation were 79.9% and 72.5% lower than thecontrol,the occurrence times were also delayed.
