摘要
目的 :旨在探讨LINK锁骨钢板治疗锁骨骨折的疗效。方法 :对 30例锁骨骨折病人手术切复LINK锁骨钢板内固定术后观察。结果 :30例随访 2周后肩关节功能恢复良好 ,3个月摄片全部骨性愈合。结论 :LINK锁骨钢板治疗锁骨骨折并发症少 ,骨折愈合快 ,值得在基层医院推广使用。
Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of LINK collarbone steel in treating collarbone fracture.Methods:The 30 patients with collarbone fracture were treated by reducing incision and LINK collarbone steel fixation.Results:The follow up which was made two weeks after surgery showed a good recovery of shoulder joint function.The photographs taken three months after the operation showed healed joints.Conclusion:The therapy may quicken the healing of fracture and have less complications.
