摘要
分析了信息素质的含义和开展信息素质教育的意义,介绍了美国《高等教育信息素质能力标准》的主要内容,评价了它的作用和影响。在深入解读该标准的基础上,概括出了有效开展信息素质教育需要建立全方位的信息素质教育机制和完整科学的教育成果评价体系的结论,提出高等学校应对开展信息素质教育给予足够的重视,并科学规划和有效实施信息素质教育的课程体系和教学体系,确定"文献检索课"的必修课地位。
Analyses the concept of information literacy and the significance of information literacy in higher education. Introduces the main contents of the Information Literacy Competency Standards for Higher Education and evaluates its function and influence on higher education. A conclusion is drawn after reading it in detail that in order to effectively conduct information literacy education, an all-round information literacy education mechanism and an integrated scientific assessment system should be set up. It is of importance to us that universities should pay close attention to information literacy education and program it scientifically so as to effectively enforce the highly relevant course system and teaching system. A suggestion is put forward that the information retrieval must be confirmed as an obligatory course in universities.
