摘要
俄罗斯技术科学的兴起源于军事目的,创建高等技术学校和工程协会,出版技术书籍和杂志促进了工程技术知识的传播。上述事件形成了俄罗斯技术哲学发展的前史。指出俄罗斯技术哲学的产生不是偶然的,它与该国当时的技术发展水平和政治、经济、文化状况密切相关;反过来,技术哲学又进一步促进了技术知识在近代俄罗斯的普及和应用。
Originated from the military requirements, the science of technology in Russia formed then developed with some preparations accomplished prior to its formation, covering the initiation of technological institutions of higher learning and engineer societies and publication of technical books and magazines. The engineering technology knowledge thus spread over Russia to a certain extent. All of those were prerequisite for the formation and development of Russian techno-philosophy. The historical conditions showed that Russian techno-philosophy didn't come out occasionally but came into being in close relation to Russian technological development and political, economic, cultural situation at that time. On the contrary, the techno-philosophy also fostered further the popularization and application of contemporary technical knowledge in Russia.
