摘要
低分子量丙烯酰胺 -丙烯酸共聚物作为一种新型造纸干强剂日益受到造纸工业的重视和应用 .本文采用均匀设计法对其共聚反应工艺进行研究 ,得到分子量为 1 0~ 30万的丙烯酰胺 -丙烯酸共聚物最佳工艺条件是 :引发剂温度 2 5℃、丙烯酰胺浓度 3.2 mol/L、丙烯酸浓度 0 .75 mol/L、过硫酸钾浓度 0 .0 0 0 9mol/L、亚硫酸氢钠浓度 0 .0 0 2 3mol/L、溴化铜浓度 0~ 0 .0 0 0 4 mol/L.
Low-molecular mass acrylamide-acrylic acid copolymer is a kind of new drying strengthening agent for paper manufacturing industry. The copolymeric reaction process is studied by uniform design. The optimal technological conditions of synthesizing low-molecular mass acrylamide-acrylic acid copolymer are obtained: the temperature of initiation is 25℃, the concentration of acrylamide is 3.2 mol/L, the concentration of acrylic acid is 0.75 mol/L, the concentration of potassium persulfate is 0.0009mol/L, the concentration of sodium bisulfite is 0.0023 mol/L, the concentration of cupric bromide is 0~0.0004 mol/L.
