摘要
综述了国内外利用等离子体处理工业废气的研究进展,分别讨论了处理无机污染物和有机污染物所使用的等离子反应器的结构、反应条件及其反应机理,并提出了今后等离子体处理气态污染物的研究重点在于激励电源特性和反应器结构。
The development of treating gas pollutants with non-equilibrium plasma is introduced in this paper. The construction, condition and mechanism of plasma reaction are discussed respectively. The direction of research of treating gas with plasma is the charac- ter on power supply and the structure of discharge reactor.
