摘要
本文指出由于我国在技术法规、技术标准和产品检测认证体系等方面不够协调 ,甚至混乱 ,与国际公认标准有较大的差距 ,致使我国电子信息与软件产品在出口中面临着技术性贸易壁垒的制约。针对技术性贸易壁垒给我国电子信息与软件产品出口的影响及我国存在的问题 ,本文提出了具有重要参考价值的四大相应策略。
This points out that as there exists discordance or even confusion among technological regulations, technical standards and product examination & authentication system, and that there is a great disparity between them and universally-acknowledged standards, our electronic information and software products are restricted by technological trade barriers in export. In view of the influence of Technical Barriers to Trade on our electronic information and software products in export and of the existing problems in our country, the paper puts forward four corresponding measures which are of important reference to relevant departments.
