摘要
在国家制度和法律框架之外 ,中国民办高等教育与股票市场的联姻已成为不争的事实。要充分发挥股票市场的筹资和转制等多项功能 ,中国民办高等教育必须在制度和法律框架内与股票市场进行实质性联姻。就目前的情况来看 ,这种实质性联姻存在诸多问题和困难。中国民办高等教育与股票市场的联姻 ,还有很长的路要走。
Beyond the framework of the nation's system and laws, the alliance between China's private higher education and stock market has become a reality without doubt. To bring into play the financing function and system-diversion function of stock market, the substantial alliance between China's private higher education and stock market must be made within the framework of nation's system and laws. From the view of the \%status quo\%, this kind of substantial alliance is meeting many problems and difficulties. There is still a very long way to go for the alliance between private higher education and stock market in China.
