摘要
叙述湘钢炼钢厂转炉工序实现负能炼钢的关键因素 ,介绍了湘钢第二炼钢厂提高转炉负能炼钢技术水平的措施和实绩。
The important factors of realizing converter steelmaking with minus energy consumption has been described this paper. The of improvement technology measures and results on converter steelmaking with minus energy consumption at No2 Steelmaking plant Xiangtan Iron and steel Group Co.Ltd have been briefly introduced.
