摘要
2003年10月,青海省海晏县某牧场绵羊发生急性死亡,经对其中两只病死羊病料分离培养,分离到4株产气荚膜梭菌。通过肠内容物毒素检查、纯培养物毒素测定和毒素中和试验,证实其为有致病力的D型魏氏梭菌。
The acute death on sheep broke out in a region of Haiyan county,Qinghai province, from September to October in 2003. four strains of Clostridium Welchii were isolated from cultured materials of failing ill to die.The bacterias have more powerful virulence, were identifyed as CI.Weichii type D by toxin examine of intestine liquid, pure culture toxin test and toxin neutralization test. Its virulence was more 200-400 mouse minimum infectious dose(MLD).
