摘要
采用C -D生产函数对河北省 1 991～ 2 0 0 0年种植业科技进步贡献率进行了测算和分析。结果表明 ,河北省近 1 0年来种植业科技含量有了很大提高 ,种植业科技进步贡献率由“八五”期间的 2 9 6%上升到“九五”期间 5 6 3%,河北省农业发展步入由外延式增长向内涵式增长方式转移的发展阶段。今后河北省农业生产更应注重依靠科技进步 ,同时提高物质投入效率、耕地质量。
The contribution rate of science and technology progress of cereal production industry from 1991～2000 in Hebei was analyzed by using C-D production function. The result indicated that the contribution rate of science and technology progress of cereal production industry from 1991 to 1995 was 29 6 percent and 56 3 percent from 1996 to 2000 So it should pay more attention to depend on the science and technology progress, to improve the availability of the inputs, the quality of arable land, and add the investment of human capital to enhance the quality of labor force in the agricultural development of Hebei in future.
